GST: Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied in addition to package prices.
E-Tickets: E-tickets for fixed departures will be issued 3 days prior to departure.
Pricing: Above rates are net and non-commissionable.
Exclusions: Package prices do not include personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, gratuities, portage, and camera fees.
Meal Plans:
Availability: Airline seats and hotel accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Visa Processing: We are not responsible for any visa denial or delay. No refunds will be provided for losses due to visa issues. Visa processing is subject to the discretion of the consulate or embassy.
Hotel Substitutions: If listed hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodations of similar standards will be arranged.
Transportation: Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary, not on-demand. (Note: AC will not function in hilly areas.)
Package Rates: Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to factors like Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather, overbooking, flight cancellations, entry restrictions, etc. While we aim to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation due to these changes.
Identification: All guests must carry valid photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Voter ID). PAN cards may not be accepted at some locations.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges are based on the gross tour cost and vary by departure date and cancellation date.
Refunds: Refunds (if applicable as per the cancellation policy) will be processed once the Company receives refunds from respective authorities, less processing fees.
TCS Requirements: For invoices over INR 2,00,000 paid in cash (full or partial), a 1% TCS charge applies, and a copy of the PAN card must be provided.
